Philips Lifeline's own Personal Response Associates are always there to answer your call


Lifeline's personal response team capably answers thousands of calls a day, in English and other languages, quickly handling each with utmost sensitivity to the needs of every individual we care for. Seconds after the Help Button is pushed at any time of the day or night, a Lifeline Personal Response Associate will try to make direct voice-to-voice contact with the caller. If voice contact cannot be made, help will quickly be dispatched.


The Personal Response Associate has immediate access to personal medical and contact information that enables friends, loved ones, or emergency services to provide necessary assistance. After every call, Lifeline then follows up by notifying those individuals named on the profile that help has been provided.


We even encourage regular calls to Lifeline even if there is no emergency, so subscribers feel comfortable knowing how to use the service.
