Customer Testimonial

Lifeline is prolonging the time my mother can continue living in her own home. On two occasions she has fallen and used her button to summon help. Thank you! Bill H.

High Peace Of Mind

A medical alert wristband that maintains a low profile, but high peace of mind

At less than ½ an ounce and weighing only half as much as other medical alert buttons, the Slimline Personal Help Button offers a variety of options and benefits that fit your lifestyle, all without getting in the way. Whether you choose to wear it as a wristband or pendant, you can count on Philips Lifeline offering help at just the touch of a button.

Consider Slimline Benefits

  • Slimline BenefitsWear it in the shower, where falls often occur, as it's waterproof.
  • Choose to wear it as an adjustable pendant so it's accessible by either of your hands.
  • If you prefer, wear it as a wristband.
  • Use it to call for help from anywhere in or around your home.

Caution: Choosing your help button

It is important that you and your caregiver choose the Personal Help Button most suitable for you. Please consider the following:

Pendant Styles

The AutoAlert, Slimline and Classic Pendants are worn around the neck; this helps make the button accessible by either of your hands.

Caution: To reduce any risk of strangulation, Philips Lifeline neck cords are designed to break apart under certain conditions. However, any cord worn around the neck can pose a strangulation risk, including the possibility of death and serious injuries. This may be of more concern to wearers in wheelchairs, using walkers, using beds with guard rails, or who might encounter other protruding objects upon which the cord can become tangled.

Wrist Styles

The Slimline Wristband is worn around your wrist. Caution: In circumstances where the user's arm that is not wearing the Wristband becomes immobilized (examples: due to stroke or arm being trapped under a heavy object), this can present a risk that the user will be unable to press the button.

Note: Range may vary due to construction of your home and distance from the Lifeline Telephone or Basic Unit.

Please consult your caregiver or Lifeline Program on which Help Button style is most appropriate for you.
