If you care for someone most or all of the time at home...

You know that caregiving for a senior parent, an elderly relative, or other loved one is a full-time job requiring almost constant attention. But you also understand the need for an occasional break to help you restore your own sense of balance and well-being.

The wonderful thing about Lifeline is that it can give you that important break (even if it's only a couple of hours to do errands) and reassure your loved one that help is always a press of a button away. If the Lifeline Personal Help Button is pressed, Lifeline will send the most appropriate assistance and will notify you about exactly what actions were taken (such as contacting a neighbor, family member, doctor or emergency service providers).

  • Ways to help persuade loved one that it's time to consider a Lifeline medical alert.

There are also several other features that can increase the everyday value of Lifeline. Our Reminders service allows for personalized messages to be recorded in a familiar voice (and in any language) to remind the individual to take medication, remember appointments, or simply provide words of love and support. For more information about those features, click here.

Time for a Medical Alarm?
Without Lifeline, the only real choice we would have had for my mother would be to move her into an assisted living or home facility. She’s thrilled to be able to stay at home. Harold B.
